Daily Zen generates each meditation fresh using AI - the script, voice guidance, and ambient sounds are created specifically for your current moment. At 1am with a presentation tomorrow, you get different guidance than a quick afternoon reset.

What if I only have 30 seconds?

Daily Zen adapts to your available time. If 30 seconds is what you have, it creates a breath reset that actually helps - no guilt trips about needing longer sessions. Studies show even 30-second breathing exercises reduce cortisol levels.

Does it sound like every other meditation app?

Is my meditation data private?

Your meditations and preferences stay on your device. We don't use your sessions for AI training or share them with anyone. What happens in your vulnerable moments stays private.

Can I pick background sounds?

Ocean, rain, or forest - it matches the vibe or asks your preference. Sounds are mixed with voice guidance into one seamless audio you can save and replay.

Overview

Daily Zen is an AI-powered meditation agent that runs on Rush, the macOS agent platform. Your meditation preferences and session data are processed locally. We do not store personal data on our servers.

What We Process

Daily Zen processes information you provide when you request a meditation:

Your current mood or state
Available time for meditation
Sound and voice preferences

No background processing. Data is only processed when you explicitly request a meditation session.

Data Storage

No personal data on our servers. Meditation content is generated in-session and not persisted beyond your request.
Session history and saved meditations are stored locally on your Mac in ~/.rush/sessions/.
You can delete session data at any time through the Rush app.

Third-Party Services

Daily Zen uses the following services:

Anthropic Claude - AI processing for generating personalized meditation scripts. Your inputs are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Anthropic does not use API inputs for training.
Audio generation - For voice guidance and ambient sounds.

Health Information

Daily Zen is a wellness tool. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI). Mood inputs are used only for session personalization and are not retained after your session. The service is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition.

Your Control

Delete session history from the Rush app
Remove files from ~/.rush/sessions/
Request deletion of any data by contacting us
